Have been following ProBodX method for a couple of months, and am excited about the results. Any plans for making additional instructional materials available for purchase?

Gavin, I really like the videos that you guys have been posting on youtube and your website. With the accelerator machine, can you do both plyometric exercises and isokinetic???

Erika Figge, member of the US National waterpolo team and Sports lab enthusiast for eight years helped the US win Gold at the 2007 Pan American Games last week in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Erika, a nine time All American in Waterpolo for USC and Santa Margarita Catholic High School, a two time All American in swimming for SMCHS and two time Academic All American at USC also helped the USA win Gold in Montreal, Canada in the FINA Super League Finals the first week of July. The US won $50,000 for the FINA gold victory and are current World Champions. The win at the Pan American games gives the USA Women’s waterpolo team an automatic birth in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, making them the first team to qualify for the Olympics outside of China who gets an automatic birth as the host country.

Just stopping by to say thanks to Gavin and Marv for helping me stay healthy and reach my career high ranking this week (ATP #140 U.S. #12)

If there's anyone out there with any questions concerning sportslab, tennis, or my experience training here fire away some questions...

Zach, First off congrats on all of your success and I wish you much more. Tennis seems to involve a lot of lateral movement and quick feet. In looking at the sportslab website they seem to have a lot of cool machines like the bear, glute-ham machine, exercise balls etc...

What type of exercises do you perform in order to improve your lateral movement on those machines especially any using the bear???

Have been using the ProBodX program (as best I can in my home gym) since a severe brain injury. I have seen more improvement in just a few short months than in a year of traditional rehab therapy. Every athlete should be on this program!
